Step 3 - Read Terms and Conditions and Submit

The last step of making the Bank of the Sierra Visa Secured credit card is to simply read the Terms and Conditions check the box, stating that you accept them. Click "Submit", and you will complete the application process. The bank will notify you, and check if you are eligible for the credit card.
