Stays SECURED
Did this card over 2 years ago to help with credit building. Never was late on a payment or went over the amount. Still saying they are keeping it secured! Gives you the run around too of who to contact. Bank of America gave my deposit back within 1 year of opening a secured credit card. Go with that bank for that :)
