How to Apply for the Dollar Bank Valued Customer MasterCard Credit Card
There are two ways to get your Dollar Bank Valued Customer MasterCard Credit Card. Step 1 - Go to Dollar.Bank
Once you are at the Dollar.Bank website, go to the Dollar Bank Valued Customer MasterCard Credit Card section under the PERSONAL menu, selecting Borrowing and then Credit Cards.
If you received a Promotion code, it is time to put it here. Most promotion codes have pre-approved credits; therefore the information will only be required for validation and archive, but you will have the credit line pre-approved already. Click the Continue button to proceed.
Step 2 - Fill in the Apply Now Form
You will get an online form to fill. The form needs you to give the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Social Security Number
- Primary Phone
- Cell Phone
- Date of Birth
- Driver's License information (state, issued date)
- Financial Information
Once you have finished filling all the information, you have the option to select if you wish to apply to a second person (co-applicant). It is optional, and you may not add a second person. If you apply for a second person, then you will have to fill the same form with his or her information. The benefit of adding a co-applicant to your application form is that you both get a credit which is bigger because your total incomes are labeled together. Once everything is captured, click the Continue button.
Step 3 - Contractual Terms and Conditions
The following sections correspond to the contract. Read all the terms and conditions of each section for your new Dollar Bank Valued Customer MasterCard Credit Card. You will be given the details on fees, rates and any costs you should know about. It is important that you check all this section carefully to avoid future penalties or charges.

- Credit life disclosure
- Credit life insurance agreement
- Electronic Disclosures
- Consent to Electronic Delivery
- E-Signature Disclosure
