You can fill the online application at www.davidsbridal.com, or visit the David's Bridal store and ask to get the David's Bridal Credit Card. At the David Bridal store, you will receive a form to fill with your personal and financial information.When you are filling the form in the store, it will be very similar to the online form. Step 1 - Go to the David's Bridal Website
Go to www.davidsbridal.com to get access to the David's Bridal Credit Card.
