There is couple of ways to activate the Amazon Rewards Card. Since this card is from Chase you can activate it by calling the number on the back of your card. You can also call 1-800-432-3117.
The other way is to activate online by creating your Chase online account. Go to the Sign in page on chase.com and click on Need a User ID? Sign up now link.
You will get to the page where you need to put your credit card number, social security number, and create your user ID. After that you should proceed to the next step by clicking Next and provide further information, create a password, verify and confirm.
After completing this form, you will be redirected to your card activation procedure. Also, when logged in, you can manage your account for bill payments and view account history.
