You can manage everything on your store credit card at The Comenity Bank website. To get access, you can go straight to The Limited Credit Card access page, or use the link displayed on the store's site under the name MANAGE ACCOUNT to redirect you to The Comenity Bank website. After that fill in your username and password the left section of the page to log in into your account. If you have forgotten your password/user id you can press on Forgot password button.
