- First name, middle initial and last name.
- Your suffix.
- Mailing address and Apartment number.
- Zip code.
- A primary phone number and its type (mobile, home, work).
- An additional phone number and its type (mobile, home, work).
- Your email address that you have to confirm.
- Your social security number.
- Your birth date.
- Housing information.
- Monthly net income.
You will be asked to determine if you are applying jointly for credit. You can easily choose paperless transactions by pressing the "paperless" option. This will determine whether you will be receiving electronic or paper statements.
You will also be offered the chance to apply for an Optional Card Security for up to $10,000 in protection. It qualifies in cases of Unemployment, disability or hospitalization.
After deciding whether you want to have the optional credit card, you can have the agreement printed then you will have to click "Continue".

Step 4 - Accept the Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions pop window will appear again in case you have missed it. It is advised to read it carefully. Then you can have it printed, before you are asked to click 'Accept".
Step 5 - Wait for the Bank to Contact You
You will be offered with an application reference number so that you can easily track it. You may print the screen for your own records. Within 7-10 business days, you will receive a written notice. It will include the decision and the reasons for it. There will be also a phone number that you can use if you have any questions.
