How to apply for the Old Navy Credit Card
Those individuals who shop at Old Navy all the time, may want to have the Old Navy credit card to benefit from their loyalty. There are two credit cards: Old Navy Credit Card and Old Navy Visa Card. Both cards can be upgraded to the Navyist Card. The Navyist status can be reached by earning 5,000 points in a calendar year. When you apply for the store credit card, you won't be able to choose which credit card to apply, there is only one application form for both cards. To apply, you should be at least 18 years old; you should have a U.S. address, and have a taxpayer identification number (or SSN). Step 1 - Personal Information
You can get to the Old Navy credit card application page by clicking on the 'apply now' button in the credit card section of the OldNavy.com website. Once you are on the application page, you will need to provide some personal information. Namely, you will be required to provide the following:
- First and last name
- Street address (including City, State, and Zip code)
- Home phone number
- Email address
- Annual net income
- Length of time at current address
Step 2 - Verification
Now you need to provide your sensitive personal information: date of birth, SSN, and mother's maiden name. Be sure to read Terms and Conditions to fully understand how this information will be used by Old Navy and Synchrony Bank.
Step 3 - Statement Delivery
Here you simply choose the way your credit card statement will be sent to you. And here is where unexpected rewards await you: you will get 500 points for choosing electronic statements.
Step 4 - Agree and Submit
If you haven't read the card's Terms and Conditions, it's high time you did it. Make sure you fully understand the T&C and if you agree click the checkbox to confirm, and then click on the 'Secure Submit' button to complete the application process and to send your application for the Old Navy credit card to the bank.
