How to Apply for Menards Credit Card
You can submit your Menards Credit Card application online. Just visit the Menards website and go through the application.If you are a contractor or if you represent a company, other financial products will be suitable for you. Step 2 - Fill in the Menards Credit Card Application Form

- Date of birth
- Social security number
- Your monthly home payment and total annual income
Step 3 - Review Your Information and the Terms and Conditions

Once you have read the Capital One Account Terms, the Electronic Disclosure Consent, and the full disclosures go to the end of the page. You will find a box to agree to the terms and conditions.

Step 5 - Submit Application
If everything is ok, and you've selected the I agree option, it is time to press the Submit Application button. The process to check your credit history will start. Once your credit is approved, you will get an email confirmation.
