On the website there is an additional introductory video to get you hyped before your application process. If you want some fun in your business, do indulge. Once you are satisfied, there is Apply now button just below, click on it. 
There is also the option of applying at a Huntington National Bank physically with the assistance from customer service at the bank.
Step 1 - Go to huntington.com
After clicking on the apply button, you are given a choice as to whether you want to choose rewards or lower rates. Once you have made your choice, you can proceed to the application process. There is also the choice of neither if it all baffles you too much.
Step 2 - Sign In and Apply OR Create Your Account and Apply
Once you have selected your option, you will be directed to an application portal that opens the personal services offered by the bank. Under the credit cards tab, click on the apply to start the application process.
Step 3 - Fill out Application Form
The application process hasn't started yet. In order to apply you will need to be an American citizen, over 18 years with 5 minutes to spare. You will need to click on the no option right after the question: are you a current Huntingtin customer? Click on the continue button.

Step 4 - Select Communication Preferences
There is a section dedicated to contact information, after every detail you will need to go to the next step and continue on every info you provide.
Step 5 - Agree and Sign
There are terms and conditions to be met by a customer. These vary from bank to bank, therefore you should spare some minutes to go through them, just to get a feel of what is expected of you and how far the bank actually covers you.
