How to Apply for Bon-Ton Credit Card

To apply for the card, you can go to their website bonton.com. That's for the online application. When you plan on applying off line, then you can always visit the local BonTon store. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and be residents of the U.S. with a valid government-issued photo ID and a U.S. Social Security Number.

You may or may not have an online account with Bon-Ton. If you are new to this retailer, your account will be created during the application process. Now you can follow the steps below to apply for the card.

The first step when applying for the Bon Ton credit card is to go to the Your Rewards Account to review program terms and conditions, cardmember benefits and other program details.

You can skip the Sign In part and go to the application process right after you've reviewed all terms. Simply click on the Apply button or in the top menu to get to the application form.

Once you are on the application form, start with providing your first and last name, Social Security Number, date of birth and annual income.

First of all, you can choose to provide a street address, rural route address, or APO / FPO mailing address. You will also need to provide at least one mobile or alternate phone number. Note that PO Box mailing addresses are not accepted. You can also add an authorized user if you need someone to have access to your account. Then click Continue to proceed with your application.

After clicking the Continue button, you will be asked to review the Terms and Conditions, if you haven't done it yet, agree by clicking on the check box, and Submit your application.
