The bonus and purchase points earned can only be redeemed in HHonors branch hotels, Inns, resorts, and shopping malls. Though there are around 5000 hotels and Inns directly supervised by HHonors Inc. still as compared to Chase Sapphire credit card, it is not flexible for some members. The foreign transaction fee is lower than most of the credit card companies, still having a biggest worldwide hotel setup, it is higher than expected.
